Inventory Management
Inventory management includes receiving the inventory into the PTAG warehouse. Our team will count and inspect each asset. This allows us to confirm the quality before logging the asset and placing into storage, according to project scheduling. At this stage assets will be repackaged if required and our team can kit the items to maximize efficiency when picked for use. After the assets have been counted, inspected, and quality confirmed, they will be logged and stored according to project scheduling.
Our team will oversee reverse logistics, including product recalls, Return Material Advisory (RMA) numbers, quarantined products pending documented disposition and inventory balancing. We ensure thorough documentation and adherence to industry standards in managing reverse logistics processes.
Our Inventory management system (IMS) allows for constant visibility of inventory. Our IMS allows numerous partners to participate and collaborate efficiently and to not only perform basic track and trace activity but further reach into planning and delivery to end customers.
